133bd Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 133bd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at 133bd.io ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 133bd Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement applies to all services offered by 133bd, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, slot games, crash games, lottery draws, instant-win titles, and all payment and cashier functions.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 133bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. 133bd strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold a self-exclusion restriction with 133bd or any affiliated gambling platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 133bd or any of its game providers or payment partners, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access betting, casino, and payment functions on 133bd, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will maintain its accuracy at all times.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 133bd. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 133bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, suspend pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the Platform. Any bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 133bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify 133bd immediately via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

133bd operates a Know Your Customer process and may, at its sole discretion, require you to provide identity verification documents at any point. These may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method you use. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 133bd may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

133bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied and no foreign exchange fees are charged to players.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits are credited to your 133bd account balance in real time or within the processing window of the payment provider, typically within 5 minutes.
• 133bd does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your mobile wallet or bank are the responsibility of the account holder.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 133bd reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the account level where responsible gaming considerations or KYC requirements make this appropriate.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Processing times vary by payment channel. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• 133bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during active promotions may be subject to wagering requirement completion before funds are released, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 133bd reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances after this period, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

133bd offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the following default conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• Only wagers placed with real-money funds (not bonus funds) count toward wagering requirements unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Certain game categories — including, but not limited to, lottery draws and low-risk casino bets below stated RTP thresholds — may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all to wagering requirements. The contribution rates will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• If you submit a withdrawal request while an active bonus balance remains in your account, 133bd may forfeit the bonus and any winnings generated from that bonus before processing the withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

133bd actively monitors accounts for patterns of behaviour consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated betting strategies between player groups. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and its account suspended.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on 133bd are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation. 133bd will not void bets based on player error unless a manifest error by 133bd has occurred.

6.2 Manifest Errors

133bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, including typographical errors, system errors, or odds that are clearly out of line with prevailing market rates. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the player's account balance. 133bd's determination of whether a manifest error has occurred is final.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Void Bets

If a sporting event on which a bet is placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold for settlement purposes, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. Specific rules for individual sports and market types will be published in the 133bd Sports Betting Rules document available on the Platform.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

133bd applies maximum payout limits per event and per player per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets at the time of bet placement. 133bd reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time without prior notice.

7 Casino, Slots, and Instant Games

Casino games, slot titles, crash games, and instant-win products available on 133bd are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing the rules of each game before wagering.

All games on 133bd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. RNG outcomes are independently audited and are not subject to manipulation by 133bd or by players. Live casino games are conducted by live dealers in real time and are subject to additional rules published within the live casino lobby.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 133bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings generated as a result of an exploited error are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Using the 133bd Platform to process transactions associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game type, including live casino or poker formats.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method of IP obfuscation to circumvent geographical or account-level restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 133bd customer support staff or other platform users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 133bd Platform — including but not limited to the 133bd brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other visual and functional elements — is the exclusive property of 133bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 133bd.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 133bd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.

133bd makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 133bd's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

133bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players in Bangladesh. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time notifications, temporary account suspension, and permanent self-exclusion. 12 Amendments to This Agreement

133bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 133bd will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Agreement will display the revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the 133bd Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 133bd platform. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact 133bd Customer Support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. 133bd will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process. Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
